The New Kid on the Blog (Literally)

1–2 minutes

So here’s the deal.

I didn’t ghost Hyphenated Homestead. I’ve just been pulled into full-time parenting of two blogs. 😁

mPath Services (aka the younger, high-maintenance child) moved out, built its own website, and suddenly needs a portfolio, resources, service pages, YouTube channel, and a snack every two hours.

Meanwhile, Hyphenated Homestead, the wise older sibling, has been sitting quietly in the corner wondering if I even remember our inside jokes. So, I’m here. Checking in. Before someone files an emotional neglect complaint. 😊

Like any decent parent trying to do justice to two very different personalities, I’m doing my best. Some days are mPath-heavy. Some days I just want to come home to Hyphenated Homestead and vent, reflect, or just laugh at life being… life.

Balance isn’t always a perfect split.
Sometimes one gets more attention.
But I show up, even if a little late.

So, to the loyal readers of this original space: I see you. I’ve missed you. And yes, I’ll be back more regularly. (Just don’t tell mPath, they get jealous of each other pretty quick, ha-ha!)

I’ll be back more often. Thanks for stopping by and the kind comment.

    1. Haha, thank you! Smita. This older sibling may be quieter these days, but clearly still has some wisdom left in the tank. πŸ˜„ Glad that line stuck with you. Appreciate you reading, as always!
