“Can I Borrow This?”

2–3 minutes

Let’s Talk Boundaries, Gently

Here’s the thing: I love when my words resonate. That moment when someone says, “Yes! That’s exactly how I feel.” Gold.

I love sharing. I really do. Stories, reflections, aha moments, coaching tips – they’re meant to ripple outward. But every now and then, I have to say it out loud: Just because it’s online doesn’t mean it’s up for grabs.

So let’s talk ownership, not in the legalese, the heavy-handed, fine-print kind of way—but in the “hey, this matters” kind of way.

The things I create: all the words, images, videos, reflections, aha moments, and the little digital breadcrumbs that live here at Hyphenated Homestead and mPath Services. They’re not just pixels. They’re pieces of me.

Entirely handcrafted by yours truly 🥰 with love & lot of cups (I mean a lot of cups) of chai. But I sincerely think there can’t be anything like too much chai! 😁

Well, I digressed. The thought of Chai took me back to my cozy corner. 😉 But here is my point.

All content and visuals you find here are protected as my original intellectual property, and it’s spelled out clearly in the Terms & Conditions. By visiting and reading this website, you’re acknowledging them and agreeing to adhere fully.

If You Love It, Link It.

Now don’t worry — I love when people share my posts! In fact, when you share links to the blog on your favorite platforms, it helps amplify these messages in the best way. Social shares = good internet karma. 👍

But here’s the line:
If you want to reuse my content in any other form, a presentation, newsletter, workshop, a sound bite or even a carrier pigeon scroll 😉, please (please) ask me first. And always give proper attribution and credit. Because while imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, plagiarism is just… well, lazy and unethical.

We’re all trying to create, connect, and contribute. So let’s keep it respectful and honest, shall we?

And hey — if you happen to spot my words or images floating around the internet where they shouldn’t be or without proper attribution, please do me a solid and let me know. Call it a modern-day treasure hunt with an integrity twist.
