You can’t add more to life without subtracting what no longer serves you.

This one hit home.
Making Space
I used to think “more” meant better—more projects, more connections, more goals. But sometimes, subtraction is the truest form of self-care. Letting go of what no longer fits, fuels, or fulfills.
As I slowly shift into a new season of life and work, I’ve had to let go of roles, rhythms, and even relationships that no longer align with who I’m becoming. It’s hard. But every release makes space for something richer, deeper, truer.
Letting go isn’t quitting. It’s choosing. And I choose joy, alignment, and freedom—even if the path there is a little foggy.

As I move forward with mPath Services, this principle is a cornerstone. I help others clear the digital and emotional clutter so they can design lives—and strategies—that breathe better. Ready to subtract so you can expand? Let’s talk. 🌿
