Your mind is a garden – weed out doubt and plant belief.

The weeds? They creep in quietly.
Tending to the Inner Landscape
A harsh comment here, a missed opportunity there. Before you know it, doubt is tangled around every good thing growing inside you. If you peeked inside my mind some days, you’d see an overgrown jungle—racing thoughts, tangled worries, and invasive weeds of self-doubt. I didn’t plant those weeds intentionally, but I sure forgot to pull them.
Cultivating Intention
Now I try to water the good stuff: encouragement, trust, and belief in my path. (mPath – ha-ha!) It’s work. Daily, patient, imperfect work. Pulling out old limiting beliefs, nurturing the seeds of confidence, and giving myself the sunlight of support I so freely give to others. So, the garden’s growing. And I’m learning to love what I’m cultivating.
Your Turn
Today, notice the loudest thought in your head. Ask yourself—is this belief helping my garden grow or keeping it tangled?
Choose one seed of self-belief to water today.
