The Power of Reframing
I’m learning that I can’t always change the situation—but I can choose how I view it. When I approach a tough moment with curiosity instead of judgment, something shifts. The picture softens. The colors brighten.

Lately, I’ve been repainting my own story—choosing to see growth where I once saw loss, choosing to honor uncertainty instead of fear it. It’s powerful to know that we hold the brush. It’s humbling to realize we’ve always had it.
