Mistakes show you’re learning, but regret shows you never took the first step.

The Fear That Holds Us Back
Let’s be honest: No one wants to make mistakes. They’re awkward. Embarrassing. Sometimes even painful. So we overthink, hesitate, and wait for the “perfect” time to act.
But have you ever looked back and thought, “What if I had just gone for it?”
The Truth About Mistakes vs. Regret
- Mistakes mean you tried. Regret means you didn’t.
- Mistakes help you grow. Regret keeps you stuck.
- Mistakes give you stories to tell. Regret only leaves you wondering.
I’d rather look back and say, “That was messy, but I learned something,” than “I wish I had at least tried.”
