I say this for a couple of reasons.
- My whole point starting this blog was to have a community of people who share similar thoughts, insights and somehow relate with my journey. More people join me on my journey, the better it is for everyone.
- Yes, my experiences are unique, but I know when I listen to others it widens my own horizon. I learn something new.
- The whole idea behind the FB page for the blog is to have community of people exchange ideas on their own and in between themselves.
- FB will seamlessly show you the newest post, most engaged conversations that you can participate in right from the comfort of your own FB feed.
- And of course, it will make it easier for you to read what I publish as soon as it is available.
Have I given you enough reasons? Ha-ha!
In the marketing world, they use big words like digital eco-system or omni-channel experience to somehow make simple matters complicated, but essentially it is reaching people where they want to be reached at and engaging with them on their terms.
I simply call it, the circle of life and respecting its boundaries, or intersecting them where it makes sense to create even beautiful collage.

Don’t we have a circle of friends, circle of relatives, circle of colleagues? This is similar but it only pertains to a circle of ideas and thoughts and how you share and invite to engage with them. Overlapping circles are better (to an extent) because you can get the best of both worlds.
I think I can be a professor of some sort. Maybe in the community college? Give me at least that. 😄 But I hope you got what I am hinting at.
I am not sure yet if I should draw the Circle for Instagram for Hyphenated-Homestead yet. Should I? You tell me. As long as it connects properly to my other circles (i.e. Facebook and Website), I think it will be good. But one-step-at-a-time. Right?
Join the (FB) circle of Hyphenated-Homestead and help enrich everyone with your unique cultural experiences.
See you around.
